What does the job look like?


The Linfox Consumer and Healthcare Group provide innovative and bespoke warehousing and distribution services for a diverse base of retail and grocery businesses.

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee warehousing and logistics activities from a key customer facility in Bottany.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient operation, delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be well positioned to ensure accurate and timely processing of data to ensure the administration requirements of the site are achieved, while maintaining commitment to process and safety standards.

This role is integral for coordinating inbound and outbound container movements and will work closely with our subcontracting logistics partners.


Key areas:
Are you the one?

  • Coordinate container movements with Linfox and subcontracting partners and maintaining accurate records of movements
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, controlling and reporting all hazards and risks in accordance with Linfox Safety & Compliance Policy and Procedures
  • Provide timely processing of paperwork
  • POD's, Invoices and Dockets
  • Provide timely and accurate information for the weekly generation of financial reporting and billing of container operations
  • Assist and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, provision of exceptional customer service and operational support

You can demonstrate:

  • An understanding of warehouse and logistics functions in addition to experience in safety and compliance will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport
  • A high attention to detail with an aptitude for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation will be highly regarded
  • Experience using SAP and Excel will be highly regarded
