We are partnering with a Global Fund Manager to identify a

Regulatory Change Compliance Manager and an

Employee Compliance Manager for their growing governance team.

Regulatory Change Opportunity

As the Regulatory Change Manager, you would be responsible for managing and maintaining a regulatory change framework whilst supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance processes, and monitoring functions.


Core Responsibilities

  • Ownership and maintenance of the Regulatory Change Register.
  • Producing preliminary Regulatory Change Impact Assessments.
  • Preparing papers (including reporting) of the Regulatory Change Monitoring Group.
  • Providing ongoing advice in implementing Regulatory Change.
  • Collaborating on advocacy efforts and business updates for new regulatory proposals.
  • Supporting the development of new compliance standards.
  • Stays abreast of current market, regulatory and industry relevant news. Serves as an expert on compliance related issues.

Employee Compliance Opportunity
As the Employee Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for management of our clients employee compliance program.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Code of Ethics (Personal Account Dealing, Outside Business Activities, Gifts & Entertainment, and Private Investments), Conflicts Management, Monitoring, Reporting, Privacy, and Data Access

Qualifications

  • Both roles require a minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years within a financial services compliance function.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
