The role:

Join the team at our Multicultural Village located in Warrawong, providing care and support for older individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our Warrawong Multicultural Village offers residential care beds and independent living units, modern indoor and outdoor rooms with garden views, creating a friendly and supportive environment.

To be successful you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)
  • An empathetic approach and dedication to caring for older individuals
  • Experience in a carer role and providing person-centered care
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in Aged Care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to speak a second language such as Macedonian, Croatian, Italian or similar (desirable)
