At the Suburban Land Agency (SLA), we are dedicated to developing fantastic environments where communities can prosper. We specialize in constructing residential estates and urban renewal projects centered around the people of Canberra. Through thoughtful, sustainable planning, our mission is to bring about social, economic, and environmental advantages for all residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a large team
- Provide strategic input for various sales campaigns and client service activities
- Collaborate closely with Place Delivery, Thriving Communities, Land, Value, Finance & Technology team leaders
Requirements:
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Ability to work occasionally beyond standard hours and on weekends
- Possession of a driver's licence
- Willingness to wear a uniform at events when necessary
Psychometric Testing might be included in the recruitment process.
Additional Information:
A Merit Pool will be formed from this selection process to fill openings within the following 12 months. This role will transition to a new workspace optimized for activity-based working (ABW), where officers will not have assigned workstations/desks. Selection criteria may exclusively consider submitted applications and referee evaluations.
