Details

: The position of Assistant Director, Client Service involves collaborating with the Customer Engagement team to foster a strong client service culture within the Digital Solutions Division, catering to a wide range of clients in the ACT public health system.Key responsibilities under the guidance of the Senior Director, Customer Engagement include:
  • Supervising the system support and management of the division's IT Service Management solution.
  • Assisting the Customer Engagement team in adopting a customer-centric approach.
  • Gaining insight into the operational and strategic requirements of the area by engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Creating and updating resources to help clients comprehend the division's functions and support services, such as maintaining self-help guides.
  • Implementing client engagement strategies, including establishing a formal feedback process to ensure a client-oriented service within the division.
  • Compiling data from various sources in the division to facilitate divisional reporting.
  • Performing other relevant duties that support the overall objectives of the Directorate.

Failure to secure the clearance will prevent commencement or result in termination of employment if already started.
