We have an exciting opportunity to join our Robotic Surgery team as a Sales & Marketing Associate. Our team is a dynamic, fast-paced business unit with patient outcomes at the centre of everything we do.

This is the perfect role for someone who is organised and loves working with multiple stakeholders - this role will have the opportunity to work across all layers of the Robotic Surgery business and help coordinate a variety of sales & marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and marketing day-to-day functions, including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate, plan and attend conference/trade shows where da Vinci is marketed in ANZ;
  • Support all DT event planning including Wrike requests, booking venues and all other logistics;
  • Support management of marketing materials including literature and internal document control Demo system movements and stock management;
  • HCP engagement forms, tracking and processing of services payments;
  • Travel bookings & logistics for HCP's;
  • KOL database management;
  • Specific marketing projects as directed by the business management;
  • Support product enrichment for Device Online and other digital marketing projects given by Senior Product Manager;
  • Ongoing research of web forums, seminars and discussion groups related to the portfolio;
  • Assist with internal SAP processes such as transfers, customer orders, product code creation and hierarchies;
  • Update and/or edit business unit documents as directed under the guidance of the relevant manager and upload these documents to the appropriate business unit page on the Hub.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years working in Medical Devices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams etc.
  • Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders with effective communication skills
