As the Head of People & Culture, you will oversee and own the ultimate responsibility for our end-to-end people experience, talent acquisition, HR compliance, and the HR systems and data.


In addition, we are currently building out a group of companies structure which will likely see our People and Culture function become a shared service across our different businesses.

This means that the People and Culture Team will perform these functions across our group of companies centrally - an exciting opportunity to have variety in the role.


Requirements:

You will come to us with:

  • Experience successfully leading a small P&C team with energy and enthusiasm, and willing to stay hands on in the role; whilst providing your teams' capability uplift and being a positive role model.
  • An inspiring leadership and engaging style ability to influence and coach leaders across the business; providing state of the art People & Culture knowledge and capability.
  • An excellent track record in delivery of the People & Culture services commercial results achieved, high employee satisfaction, high team retention and excellent team engagement right across the business.
  • Expertise in all things HR compliance. A true SME.
  • Able to manage HR systems and provide useful data and insights to assist in the growth of the business.
  • Solid commercial acumen able to manage the P&C revenue and margins with accurate reporting.
  • Outstanding presentation skills ability to write, present and deliver inspiring material to the business. Fundamentally, we want to delight our people at every touchpoint.
  • Commitment to operational excellence.
  • Solid recruitment knowledge and experience.
  • Attention to detail is absolutely paramount to your success here
  • Likely tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience ideally knowledge of how IT companies function.


Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
