Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A certificate in hospitality would be advantageous (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Prior experience in a commercial catering or a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- A team player attitude in a dynamic work environment.
- Understanding and empathy towards the elderly, especially those with dementia care needs.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Preferably, experience in Aged Care or a hospital setting.
All candidates must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
