About the Role


As a Sales Administrator in the Distribution Sales Team, you'll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution, supporting our business customers harness the power of the sun and sustainable technologies.

From sealing the initial deal to celebrating the handover, you'll be driving projects that reduce carbon footprints and create a more sustainable world.

In this role, you won't just meet customer expectations; you'll exceed them by supporting our fast-paced Sales Team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting to the Distribution Sales Team across key activities including lead allocation
  • Assisting with logistics queries
  • Preparing quotes and coordinating of the sales processes, procedures and supporting activities
  • Assisting in the development of sales and marketing collateral for the business
  • Supporting sales representatives with KPI and other ad hoc reporting activities for the team.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working in an office or retail environment, couple with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect stakeholders and build effective working relationships
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills including experience in formulating professional proposals, presentations and articles
  • Selfmotivated with an ability to thrive under pressure with excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
  • Flexible, collaborative and proactive approach within a working environment
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organisation skills and communication and writing skills are a must
