What role will you play?

Your day to day will include, supporting and delivering on all aspects of forecasting processes from intra-day through to annual headcount planning.

You will create and manage workforce plans, and be involved with ensuring all the processes that relate to forecasting and planning are documented and agreed by the operational teams.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the systems and data that support these processes and maintain a collection of macro-based tools.


What you offer

  • Experience in a fastpaced contact centre environment or a backoffice role
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in SQL, VBA, Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Knowledgeable in Workforce Planning fundamentals and are confident in Agile and KANBAN methodologies
  • Experience with identifying and acting on risk
