Our client a Leading Entertainment Destination, is searching for a Senior Workforce Analytics Manager to join their team on a permanent basis working on a large Wage compliance piece.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of four workforce analysts, overseeing all aspects of workforce analytics.
  • Take ownership of wage compliance initiatives, transitioning from third-party management to an internal approach.
  • Create and maintain Manpower Plans and budget models
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent data reporting and analysis.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance labor metrics and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in workforce analytics or compliance.
  • Experience in wage compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and drive among team members.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and data visualisation skills
