As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and improving our business processes, systems, and strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyse requirements, and develop effective solutions. Your insights and expertise will drive the achievement of our clients' goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather detailed requirements through interviews, workshops and research
  • Define target processes and outcomes
  • Identify benefits, risks and impacts of proposed solutions
  • Support business transition including the creation of procedures, change assessments, training and internal communications
  • Adhere to compliance and data governance requirements\
  • Recommend opportunities to improve processes or applications
  • Manage internal and external relationships including Vendors, Suppliers, Industry bodies and Senior Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with 2 years in a senior role
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in business requirement analysis and process design
  • Experience in business transition including managing training and internal communications
  • Data analytics & basic SQL knowledge
  • Good negotiation skills
