Exciting Opportunity - Recruiting Urgently - 2-Month Contract


Our client, a global agency for one of the biggest electronic giants, is looking for an Office Manager to help support them with their day-to-day activities.


Based in their modern and funky offices located in Homebush (free parking) (3 days) & Surry Hills (2 days), we are looking for an outstanding Office Manager/Receptionist available for an immediate start on a temporary basis to represent this tech and e-commerce global company.


Benefits:

  • Fulltime 9am 5pm
  • Location: Sydney Olympic Park & Surry Hills
  • Start ASAP
  • Pay: $35/hr $45/hr + Super
  • View to extend or convert to FTE
What Will You Be Doing?

  • Overseeing the reception area and office facilities
  • Meet and greet clients, visitors, and guests
  • Answer inbound phone calls and manage busy switchboard
  • Maintaining and updating office processes and procedures
  • Coordinating meetings and functions
  • Update website and preparation of marketing material as required
Who Are You?

  • You have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks.
  • An ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.
