We are seeking a Solutions Analyst to join our team on an ongoing full-time basis. The role will be based in our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office with flexible and hybrid working hours.

About the role
As Solutions Analyst, you will provide technical business mapping to support the implementation of technology solutions across the organisation.

As part of this diverse role, you will also be responsible for providing information and guidance to review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.


In this role, you will be required to:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to assess new requirements or identify opportunities where technology can facilitate and support the business effectively.
  • Support existing business systems and manage and prioritise BAU tickets.
  • Develop appropriate solutions to support and enhance business processes.
  • Provide support for existing system integrations and build new integration when needed.

About you


You will have the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to modernise our digital presence in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines.

You can deal effectively and professionally with keeping up to date of continuously evolving and complex technological advancements. You foster a positive customer experience, and you are technology savvy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience working with a broad range of IT systems across both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Experience working with SQL platforms (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL), including stored procedure development.
  • Familiarity with systems integration processes utilising ETL tools and API connectivity platforms (e.g. SSIS, Azure Logic Apps).
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to modernise our digital presence in an environment with a variety of tasks.
  • Programming experience in.
NET environment or similar is highly regarded.
