We have an initial 2 month contract with one of Australia favourite retailers with the view to extend.


Working as part of the dynamic marketing and communications team, this role is the essential link between marketing and merchandise teams to deliver a smooth flow of work through the creative studio.

You will gain the opportunity to work within a high performing team and flex your stakeholder relationship building skills.

Scope of work:

Ensure the planning, development, delivery and ongoing management of studio processes and finished art to agreed timelines

Coordinate the administration of catalogue workflow, processes and approvals

Reviewing initial request, creating artwork, proofing of each draft, liaising with legal for final approval

Attention to detail - check all artwork specifications and print requirements

Demonstrate creative initiative in executing requests

Ensure all communications content involving copy, logos, photography, printing and production is consistent with positioning and brand standard

Ensure all stakeholders sign off on digital content updates prior to deadline and go-live dates

Skills and experience required:

Proven Studio experience within a marketing services environment

Excellent communication skills

Experience working in a fast paced studio to tight deadline

Strong knowledge of catalogue and print processes

Demonstrated attention to detail
