The Role:


As the Project Portfolio Lead, your role will be two-fold; you'll be responsible for managing projects and also for managing a team of six PM's & BA's.


Some people in the team are highly experienced & basically self-sufficient, whereas some are newer to project management and require upskilling and help managing their goals.


Sitting within the PMO, you'll be helping to solve the team's problems and acting as the first point of escalation for any roadblocks.


Skills / Experience / Background:

  • Project Management professional with background in financial services or insurance
  • Experience delivering E2E projects across the SDLC, ideally also with digital project experience
  • An excellent people leader, able to grow, develop & mentor a team of PM's & BA's
  • A proven track record of project delivery
  • Agile & Waterfall experience, ideally you've been part of an Agile transformation
