The Department of Regional NSW's Business Advisory Team are pro-actively looking for energetic finance professionals who are committed to customer service and providing quality business advice for upcoming opportunities as Senior Business Advisor's.

As a Senior Business Advisor, you'll be part of a small, but dynamic team that collaborates across the Department, and you'll actively engage with business teams to provide budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and management reporting services.

The Business Advisory team have a culture where staff are committed to service delivery and the success of the business.

You will develop and monitor divisional operating and capital budgets, financial forecasts, and forward estimates to meet existing budgetary and financial requirements and commitments.

What do you need to be successful?

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently in a team environment, as well as collaboratively with others.

You will be an effective problem solver with transparent communication skills and proven enthusiasm for planning and managing competing deadlines.

You will be able to demonstrate a background in finance and be committed to continuous business and professional development.

Your previous experience will include preparing budgets, forecasts and providing advice to non-finance managers on financial performance related to their business outcomes.
