Join a Team Making a Difference:

As a Staff Systems Engineer, you'll utilize your strong C# skills and AWS development experience to improve our cloud hosting platform by adding new AWS services required by our users.

You'll lead the engineering of new services from design to production, enhancing our platform and enabling our internal teams to create customer-centric solutions.

We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to balance office and remote work effectively.

Your Role in Our Team:
You'll collaborate with a squad of engineers under the guidance of a Chapter Lead in the Cloud Hosting Crew.

Leading important initiatives, you will oversee the technical design, development, and implementation of key updates to our cloud platform, ensuring solutions are secure and effective.

We're Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Have a strong background in C# .Net Core and Web API development.
  • Possess hands-on experience in AWS services such as EC2, ECS, ELB, IAM & RDS.
  • Are proactive in driving initiatives and delivering results.
  • Have a passion for building secure cloud solutions on AWS.
  • Understand the intricacies of delivering scalable cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Recognize the importance of observability, metrics, and cost management in solution design.

Technical Skills:

We work with various tools and frameworks, and while you don't need to be familiar with all, experience with some or a willingness to learn will set you up for success.

The hiring teams are prepared to train candidates on necessary skills, so being a proactive learner is valued.

  • Strong development background in C#.
  • AWS CloudFormation and CDK.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as code pipelines and automation.
  • AWS Identity and Access Management.
