THE ROLE
Calling for Sushi Chefs at all proficiency levels, from beginners with a passion for sushi to seasoned professionals ready for a management position. Learn and grow under the guidance of our skilled management team, expanding your culinary and operational knowledge.

SENIOR SUSHI CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in sushi and sashimi preparation
  • Excellent communication, delegation, and leadership abilities
  • Effective team player with a clear understanding of following instructions
  • Thorough knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
  • Strong communication skills and a flair for menu development and food presentation
  • Naturally positive attitude with high standards for kitchen operations

JUNIOR SUSHI CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic familiarity with sushi and sashimi preparation
  • Positive attitude and keen interest in furthering skills in a professional sushi environment
