Be part of Melbourne Airport Experience - Think Asia Experience is looking for 2-3 Sushi Makers to expand its offer at the airport (current 3 locations across the Airport).

Production within Hawker Bar - Monday to Sunday. As we are looking for 3 people, hours are flexible from 7am to 7pm. You will:

- be efficient in making Hand rolls (with equipment), packs etc.
- duties will include preparation of ingredients for production.
- training will be provided to ensure our set menu is followed.
- part time / casual positions are available
- must have experience & able to commence in 1-2 weeks
- the lead sushi maker will also be responsible for placing orders with suppliers with the oversight of our Head Chef.
- must have work rights in Australia and currently in Melbourne.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
