The Role


We are seeking a talented _RF Engineer and/or Mechanical Engineer_ to join our dynamic production team at Benelec, on a permanent full-time basis.

As an RF/Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects related to the production and manufacturing of our products.


This position will suit a person with RF/Mechanical experience, who is hands-on, versatile, innovative, has a mechanical aptitude, has initiative, is a good trouble-shooter and has a positive work ethic.


Duties include:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to resolve product requirements and specifications.
  • Bring uptodate and maintain documentation relevant to products and production.
  • Perform quality control, testing and troubleshooting of products during the production phase.
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and techniques to ensure highquality production output.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, procurement, and quality control to streamline processes and resolve productionrelated issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assist the marketing team with technical input in sales documentation.
  • Interact with design engineers on all technical issues relating to product design, quality, manufacturing, performance, testing and QC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical/ RF Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of RF or Mechanical principles.
  • Proficient in using SOLIDWORKS, RF simulation tools and related software.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Botany, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
