Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Production Operator to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our Hard Resins Plant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality industrial coating resins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and unpack products to/from containers of varying sizes
  • Ensure batch documentation, logs, and checklists are accurately completed
  • Operate plant equipment such as pumps, reactors, and filtering equipment
  • Ensure all products are manufactured to specification and quality guidelines
  • Perform quality control checks on finished goods
  • Adhere to company WHS and environmental policies
  • Perform manual handling duties, including safely lifting 25kg bags and pushing a 1-tonne trolley
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a processing plant or similar role
  • Strong background in Manufacturing, ideally with chemical handling experience
  • Current forklift license is desirable but not essential
  • Strong commitment to work and ability to commit to rotating shifts
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift safely up to 25kgs
  • Strong commitment to following WHS protocols and participation
  • Effective communication and teamwork ability
