Liverpool Meals on Wheels is seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated person to work on a permanent part time basis (17 hours per week
- approx 4 hours per day) to provide ongoing bookkeeping, administrative and client support to the Service.

You will join our team working in a small, friendly and fast paced office environment. This position is suitable for school hours from 9.00am, 4 days per week.

  • Administration and bookkeeping qualifications
  • Experience with reception/administration duties
  • Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Have a high level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and confidence with databases
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and strong time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral and be able to communicate effectively with our client's older people, people with a disability, their families, volunteers and the broader community
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team and relate easily with people at all levels in the organisation
  • Ability to work autonomously when required and be able to organise, prioritise and multitask.


The person appointed will be responsible to the Service Manager and will need to supply proof of COVID-19 vaccination and be willing to undergo Police Check.


Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Social, Community Home Care and Disability Services award - Level 2.
