About the role

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will assist in developing and executing the sales plan within Independents, aligned with Treasury Premium Brands' (TPB) strategy.

Note: This is a part-time role (0.8)

  • Collaborate with the National Account Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities aligned with TPB's category and brand objectives.
  • Conduct account diagnosis and negotiate business trading plans when needed.
  • Support implementation of joint business plans, ensuring promotional activities align with priority brands and trade spend guidelines.
  • Manage seamless execution of key activities outlined in the customer plan, leveraging understanding of customer strategies.
  • Assist in delivering key financials, including GSR, NSR, BC, and trade spend budgets, to drive market share growth.

About you

We are searching for a commercially savvy individual with proven sales or sales-related experience. You should demonstrate exceptional analytical and financial skills, coupled with strong communication and influencing abilities. Your strategic focus, ability to navigate ambiguity, and knack for delivering results in demanding environments make you an ideal candidate.

  • Prior FMCG sales-related experience
  • Strong strategic business focus and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in planning and execution
  • Ability to understand, embrace, and capitalise on change
