Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering all commercial aspects of the program, working closely with the program lead and stakeholders across Suntory Oceania to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to global processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and oversee project timelines, ensuring projects stay on course and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Take ownership of registers related to allocated streams, including risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
  • Update registers weekly and escalate items as needed.
  • Lead regular touchpoints with stream leads to monitor progress, update registers, and address any issues or support needs.
  • Develop progress reports for streams according to the agreed schedule, clearly outlining the current status.
  • Monitor project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with change managers to align their activities with project delivery plans.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to meet stakeholder requirements and identify project deliverables.
Your Skills and Experience

We are seeking a results-driven individual with the following qualifications and background:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or management.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of project management experience in business-related projects (strategic, transition, M&A, divestments, transformational).
  • Experience managing projects related to commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in managing RAID logs.
  • Ability to manage financial budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
