  • Potential team members for the positions that we are currently looking for will ideally have:
  • A degree in marine or environmental science, environmental engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience undertaking a range of marine science related activities
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and clients
  • Experience in preparing impact assessments and environmental risk assessments
  • Working knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and policies, standards and guidelines (at Commonwealth and in at least one state)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • GIS/R/Python skills
  • Ability to enjoy the day to day challenges as well as focus on long term objectives
  • Willingness to learn and lead
  • Strong and proven business development skills along with a network of clients
  • Australian Citizenship or rights to work in Australia
  • Excellent driving history and hold a current driver's license
  • Experience with the offshore oil and gas and/or offshore wind sector would be advantageous.
