The Role


Reporting into the Head of Cyber Response and Identity, the Identity Manager will be responsible for leading the Identity and Access Management function, providing leadership in managing multiple IdP instances across MLCL's external customers' instances as well as the internal staff environment.


You will be responsible for the end-to-end user lifecycle as well as identity federation across the organization with a primary focus on provisioning, authentication, authorization, deprovisioning, user access reviews, privileged access reviews, birthright management, identity integration across disparate systems as well as SSO (single sign-on) and multi-factor authentication.


As a Lead within the team, you will also be responsible for mentoring, coaching and training other junior members of the team.


About you


An experienced Identity Manager, you will possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the area of identity access and management or in a similar capacity.


Due to your extensive experience, you possess substantial knowledge and experience in information technology, cyber security and identity and access management principles, practices, relevant standards and legislation coupled with a sound understanding of operating system platforms and security models relevant to IT technologies and processes.


Lastly, you are highly familiar and experienced with working with Okta as an identity platform tool and other UAR platform providers such as Saviynt.


In addition, your technical knowledge in Microsoft and Azure Active Directory will enable you to work cohesively with other critical operational teams within the Technology business.
