Requirement:


Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking 1 x Project Coordinator Scheduler for our Telecommunication Contract located at our Cremorne office.

You will be responsible for managing a balanced workload across a highly experienced team of 20 designers. The role is a 6 months temporary basis with potential for ongoing work. The position is Full-time hours Monday-Friday with an attractive pay rate of $40.00ph Plus Super.

Tasks:

  • Allocating design tasks to Ventia designers, i.e. Initial Detailed Design review, Uplifted Detailed design QA, Asbuilt Detailed Design completion
  • Allocating new designs to our offshore delivery partners
  • Sending batches of Field inspection reports to our offshore design partners
  • Updating our internal task management system (NOVUS)
  • Following up with our field team in regards to late inputs
  • Liaising with team leader for any adhoc tasks
  • Liaising with project and site engineers

Skills and Experience:

  • Scheduling experience in construction or telecommunication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Experience in meeting KPIs and Deadlines
  • Experience with reporting via Excel advantageous
