The Role
Hastings People are looking to add to our team of dedicated hospitality industry professionals.

We offer work across a variety of different hospitality sectors including restaurants, stadiums, sporting and racing events, corporate, entertainment, clubs and hotel environments across Sydney.

With Hastings, you have the freedom to choose where and when you work.

You will be considered if you have one or more of the following:

  • You can work autonomously, able to set up and pack down a coffee section
  • Proven premiumlevel experience making coffee in either dinein or takeaway venues
  • Strong latte art skills and the ability to work with alternative kinds of milk (oat, soy, etc)
  • Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings, carry out basic machine repairs

To be successful you will have:

  • A minimum of 6 months coffee making experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills coupled with a fun, cando attitude.
  • A reliable and punctual approach to work.
  • Legal working rights in Australia.
