The Opportunity:

The Project Officer role involves providing advisory and support services in project management and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of client projects in compliance with standards and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer schedule assurance services and professional project management advisory.
  • Fortnightly reporting on project status and contributing to reviews.
  • Collaborating with Project Leads on risk management and contractor timesheet tracking.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and supporting Business Administrative activities.

Key Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience in Project Management.
  • High-level project and risk management skills.
  • Advanced MS Project skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Defence Engineering and Asset Management.
  • Prior experience with Risk Management software.

All candidates must have an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance or above.
