Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.-
  • Assist with the training of new users and nurture the Salesforce skill set across the organisation.
  • Act as a liaison between users and the product team, communicating key insights and feedback.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the platform.
  • Help identify, implement and support ongoing improvements to the platform.

What you will bring:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
  • Experience with Jira and an agile working environment.
  • Experience with CRM administration, system customizations and configurations.
  • Experience with process mapping and optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance obligations and requirements.
  • Excellent data entry and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • An aptitude for diagnosing, analysing and resolving system challenges and familiarity of escalation processes.
  • Experience in producing and maintaining technical documentation.
