Position Purpose:


Reporting to the Manager Digital and Technology Operations, the CRM System Administrator will be tasked with executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Solar Victoria CRM platform.


Additionally, this role provides technical administration and support for the CRM and will work closely with functional leaders to identify develop and deploy new business processes, custom functionality and reiterate continual improvements into the system.

The key selection criteria specified below outline the capabilities required for the position.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes within the CRM, understand business logic and facilitate user adoption of new changes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM components, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities, with a focus on maintaining hygiene of system records, objects and fields
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, with an ability to explain system functionality and workflows to nontechnical users
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certification is highly desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Extensions, Marketing Cloud Connect is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment preferred

Capabilities:

  • Analytical Reporting: Provides specialist administrative and corporate support expertise. Drafts reports and recommendations by interpreting and analysing data.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, analyse problems, reconcile conflicts and assess system and user requests to resolve issues effectively.
  • Time Management & Communication: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests, and help clarify enhancement and service requests to internal stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • Relationships: Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to negotiate and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to influence project outcomes. Identifies key messages and information required for decision making. Clearly and confidently communicates with people at all levels of the organisation and emphasises a positive attitude.
