The Opportunity


The Salesforce Administrator role will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers.

As Salesforce is a key platform to managing students internally, the role plays a major part in enabling teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible.


About You

  • At least 2 years of relevant Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce certification required (ADM 201)


Demonstrated development experience
  • PHP, Visual Force and APEX experience to support and modify existing web forms as well as create new ones.
  • Experience with web services and API's, enough to troubleshoot problems and provide support for integrated systems.
  • Experience in data management, including data import/export and data quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using and configuring standard Salesforce objects and features.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and gather requirements.
  • Work closely with developers and other administrators to ensure seamless system integration.
  • High level organisational skills, including ability to prioritise functions, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
