SQUAD by Mamamia is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Manager for Content to join our Squad team.

What we're searching for:

  • Manage key retainer clients, focus on achieving KPIs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Supervise post-sale campaign execution with Campaign Executives, designers, and paid media specialists.
  • Support Client partnerships lead in client pitches and project campaigns for smooth sales transition.
  • Boost revenue from existing clients, showcasing Squad's potential and ensuring client retention.
  • Plan and invest in campaign budgets continuously.
  • Collaborate with creative solutions for content production, oversee shoot timelines and shot lists.
  • Keep updated on social media trends, trade press, events, and partner relationships.
  • Lead client reporting, ensure monthly performance tracking, provide insights, and growth recommendations.
  • Manage campaign executives, assist in their skill development, maintain work quality, and manage workloads.

About you:

  • 4-5 years experience in a similar agency role.
  • Strong grasp of social media landscape and owned content.
  • Good knowledge of paid social media.
  • Creative thinker, collaborative, and quick on their feet.
  • Team player, excellent communicator, and open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to prioritize audience and commercial partners' needs in decision-making.
  • Skilled in driving process improvements creatively in a fast-paced setting.
