What we're after:

If you're an Account Manager with a knack for strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and nurturing client relationships, you're exactly who we're looking for. Your role involves overseeing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch results for our clients. Here's a glimpse of what your responsibilities may entail:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key retainer clients, focusing on hitting KPIs and boosting revenue.
  • Manage post-sale campaign activities with Campaign Executives, designers, and paid media experts.
  • Support the Client partnerships lead in client presentations and project-based initiatives for seamless pre-to-post sales transitions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients, showcasing the full capabilities of SQUAD and enhancing client loyalty.
  • Handle ongoing budget planning and allocation for each campaign.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for content creation, overseeing shoot schedules and shot lists.
  • Keep abreast of social media trends, industry news, events, and partnerships, including platform updates and trending themes.
  • Lead client reporting activities, ensuring monthly performance evaluation against KPIs, providing actionable insights, and growth suggestions.
  • Supervise campaign executives, nurturing their skills, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing their workloads effectively.

About you:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting.
  • Deep understanding of social media dynamics and owned content principles.
  • Proficiency in paid social strategies.
  • Creative mindset with agile thinking, fostering collaborative idea generation for culturally relevant content.
  • An excellent team player who embraces ownership, communicates clearly, and values constructive feedback.
  • Ability to prioritize audience and commercial partner needs in decision-making and troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments, championing process enhancements and innovative problem-solving.
