We currently have the opportunity for a successful recruiter to join us working on one of our most tenured and successful accounts and this is a great opportunity to work with an iconic Australian brand. Our client is one of Australia's largest Financial Services organisations, offering a range of insurance and banking products. This organisation puts its customers at the heart of everything they do and have a key focus on developing technologies and services to better the lives of individuals and the community. Hays provides MSP (Temp) and RPO (Permanent) recruitment services across Australia and New Zealand. Our team is split across QLD, NSW and NZ and have built strong relationships with this client over the many years of partnership.

This role could be located in New South Wales or Queensland.

Your new role

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment service delivery for the engagement of permanent workers
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Educate key stakeholders on the recruitment lifecycle, systems, and technology
  • Develop profound relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
  • Work with the offsite team in Auckland to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of temporary workers
  • Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of the team
  • Provide analysis and insights through data and analytics to consult hiring managers on their temporary workforce

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have previous experience either delivering permanent recruitment services either within an Agency or RPO environment. Ideally, Senior Consultant / Senior Client Partner level
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to educate hiring managers and consult on recruitment processes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agency partners
  • Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously in a complex and changing work environment
