Overview


The Strategic Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of a strategic engagement framework and program of work aligned to the Commissioning and Performance Divisional Plan and Department of Health and Wellbeing strategic priorities.

The position delivers complex and strategic projects, frameworks, tools and training, mentoring and coaching programs designed to drive improvement in culture and engagement amongst internal and external stakeholders.


The Strategic Engagement Manager initiates and manages successful and collaborative working relationships with Unit staff to contribute to the leadership and management of the Implementation Science Unit.

Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category C (mínimal patient contact)
