As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives to support the successful execution of our aeronautical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategic communications plans to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed about project activities, changes, and milestones.
- Develop and deliver communication materials in line with project requirements.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including airlines, airport tenants, concessions, and retail/F&B stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice on stakeholder relationships and reputation management.
- Manage and develop the stakeholder team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, project management, business, or a related field.
- Established experience in stakeholder engagement or communications.
- Proven ability to develop engagement plans, manage projects, and handle contentious issues.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
- Strong team player with high-level customer-centric skills.
