As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives to support the successful execution of our aeronautical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategic communications plans to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed about project activities, changes, and milestones.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials in line with project requirements.
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including airlines, airport tenants, concessions, and retail/F&B stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice on stakeholder relationships and reputation management.
  • Manage and develop the stakeholder team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, project management, business, or a related field.
  • Established experience in stakeholder engagement or communications.
  • Proven ability to develop engagement plans, manage projects, and handle contentious issues.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
  • Strong team player with high-level customer-centric skills.
