The Role


The company are seeking to fill a vacancy for an Office Manager who will report into a Senior EA and assist with administration and office management tasks.

You will work alongside a bright and proactive Receptionist who will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients.

The Duties

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
  • Work with building managers to maintain the office
  • Maintain meeting rooms and beverage stations
  • Work closely with the Receptionist to coordinate and execute company events
  • Manage catering for the office and events
  • Organise client gifts
  • Order equipment and stationary for the office
  • Manage couriers
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Manage security cards
  • Coordinate MS Teams and Zoom meetings for employees
  • Assist with travel management


We are looking for a switched-on, pro-active and practical Office Manager who is looking to join a business with development opportunities.

As this is a varied role we are looking for someone who can prioritise and has the ability to multitask, whilst still providing warm and friendly customer service to all clients and internal staff.


  • 5 + years of experience in a corporate office management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
