About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who ideally has a strong background in sourcing talent within the engineering, architecture, property/development or construction industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top local and overseas talent and aligning them with Australian companies.
You will have the support of our in-house migration and technical expert teams to assist you in this process.Responsibilities:
- Account management: You'll be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service, and providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
- New business development: You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing new deals.
About You:
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in endtoend recruitment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Marketing (highly desirable but not essential)
- A background in industries such as infrastructure, construction, property or architecture (desirable).
- High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek and social media and experience in using CRM software.
- Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
