The Job
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing complaints across all financial services products
  • Ensuring all clients requests are actioned within SLA
  • Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution
  • Collating information and presenting facts to Team Leader where necessary
  • Liaising with various internal departments to ensure continuous improvements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Min 12 months experience in a dedicated Internal Disputes Resolution role within financial services
  • Experience working within the Banking & Finance sector is essential
  • Ability to think quickly and tailor solutions to suit the individual needs of the client
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a calm and steady approach
