The Role:


As the People & Culture Administrator, you will support the administrative functions for the People and Culture, Recruitment and Learning and Development teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration
  • Support probation, exit and onboarding processes.
  • General administrative support
  • Induction, Training and organisation development administration

What you'll need:

  • Experience working in a similar HR or People and Culture administrative capacity
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Proven administration and data entry experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualification in HR or equivalent (would be an advantage)
