The role


The People and Culture Officer is responsible for the delivery of administrative and coordination tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our P&C operations nationally.


With broad exposure, this role supports recruitment and onboarding, annual calendar activities, employee relations and the coordination of our employee recognition program.

The role is based in
Adelaide, SA, in our new corporate office in the CBD.

What the role involves

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Preemployment and onboarding administration, reporting and tracking

P&C Administration and Coordination

  • Support employee relations requirements
  • Support annual P&C cycle activities such as our remuneration review, performance cycle, recognition program, training programs, employee engagement surveys and HR policy and procedure reviews.
  • Raise and process employee contract variations
  • Support processes in our L&D system
  • Manage employee files in electronic format
  • Assist with projects and initiatives

What you will bring with you

  • Experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Tertiary education in HR highly regarded
  • MS Office, in particular MS Excel intermediate experience mandatory
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Growth mindset and continuous improvement focus
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic team player
