About the Role:

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Pub Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the bustling establishment.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive working environment for the team.

Your strategic mindset and leadership abilities will drive the pub's success, and your dedication to excellence will contribute to our continued growth.


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Possess a proven track record in pub or restaurant management, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while upholding operational standards
  • Exhibit a customercentric approach, ensuring patrons receive an outstanding experience that keeps them coming back. Respond effectively to customer feedback and concerns
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of pub operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, cost control, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address operational challenges in realtime and implement effective solutions
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to consistently deliver exceptional service and maintain a harmonious work environment
  • RMLV, RSA, RSG, Approved Manager Licence, First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor (Essential)
