About the Role:

As the Venue Manager, you will be the driving force behind this pub's success. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the pub's overall performance and profitability. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff. Overseeing events and promotions to create a lively and engaging atmosphere for patrons.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in pub or hospitality management, demonstrating a strong track record of success
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • A deep understanding of pub operations, including bar management, kitchen coordination, and event planning
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
