About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of this well-appointed hotel in Chinchilla. As a pivotal figure, you will ensure the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Your strategic thinking and leadership capabilities will drive the hotel's success and contribute to maintaining its reputation as a popular destination.


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in hotel management, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a diverse team while upholding operational excellence
  • Display a commitment to exceeding guest expectations by delivering impeccable service and fostering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere
  • Possess an indepth understanding of hotel operations, encompassing food and beverage, gaming, bar and accommodation and compliance with industry regulations
  • Showcase your ability to identify and address operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner, implementing strategies for continuous improvement
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to consistently deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
