Purpose of the role


A dynamic role that owns the end-to-end onboarding experience for the client, by ensuring successful and timely implementations of our products.

The role is Tunstall's main contact and program coordinator, leading our clients through post-sales experience to ensure they are quickly and effectively using Tunstall's products, solutions and services.

Onboarding events can range in size and complexity, and the role will be expected to actively coordinate multiple onboarding events at a time during various stages of completion.

This role is a maximum-term contract, ceasing on 31 July 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigned onboarding packages, including completion of scope of work agreements, configuration of services, coordinating the delivery of training and initial use of services
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders, including sales, technical, operations and finance team members, clients, vendor representatives and other internal or external partners, clearly understanding and articulating the priorities, objectives and expectations to meet the client's needs
  • Lead client meetings to update on the development stages of scoping requirements, project milestones and closeout meetings
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are aware of the implementation schedules through regular meetings and data sharing, to assist with the preparation of the rollouts per department
  • Provide internal reporting on the progress of the implementation of projects to management
  • Reconciliation of thirdparty reports for installations, testing and required data against Tunstall systems
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to ensure excellence in the client experience

Experience and Requirements

  • Proven effective client management experience for a minimum of 5 years
  • Knowledge or ability to quickly learn Tunstall organisation and customer segments
  • Experience and/or qualifications in Scheduling
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information, both verbal and written, in a professional manner to external and internal clients
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Ability to lead and drive others to deliver to deadlines and optimise outcomes for clients
  • Understanding of how to overcome barriers, bring parties together to achieve a common goal to deliver on business objectives
