This role is hands-on, data-driven, focusing on driving end-to-end improvements in customer experience.
  • Utilize research to offer insights into the current customer experience landscape
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a Customer Experience strategy
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
We have office locations in Melbourne, Canberra, and Adelaide. While we value in-person interactions, we also support flexible work arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance.For this position, Australian Citizenship and Baseline or NV1 security clearance are required for success.Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for enhancing customer experience initiatives
  • Lead customer experience improvement programs from planning to implementation
  • Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies across the customer base
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for increased customer engagement and collaborate with teams to implement them
  • Uphold a principle-driven health and safety culture within the organization

  • Experience in business strategy and service design within a contact center or Service Desk setting
  • Strong analytical skills to address root cause problems and enhance Customer Experience

  • Capacity to work collaboratively and build strong customer relationships
  • Attentiveness to detail
