An excellent and diverse opportunity for a dynamic and driven Program Administrator in the Public Service. This position is with a government department that strives to make real change in the lives of extraordinary Australians.

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative, project support, and reporting activities.

This work plays a crucial role in the effective delivery of high quality mental health services that are responsive to the needs of veterans and their families.


Duties:

  • Secretariat services for project, committee and team meetings
  • Development and writing of briefs, reports and communications
  • Update and coordinate file management
  • Manage daily correspondence including team mailboxes, calendar invitations and internal and external queries
  • Support all quality assurance activities which may include file audits, project reviews and assessment reports

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Highly effective communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly skilled in administrative support and coordination
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio products
