About the role

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll handle various administrative tasks and collaborate with the sales and leadership team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You'll establish lasting relationships as the primary contact for our managers and account management team, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.

Scope of the role includes:

  • Providing administrative support to the National Sales Managers (NSM) and Account Management Team
  • Being a key coordinating point of contact for the NSM's and Account Management team
  • Managing communication with business partners internally
  • Coordinating essential business information gathering like sales forecasts, WIPS, ad hoc reports, etc.
  • Leading localized marketing activities, conference and function management
  • Facilitating effective management communications to all sales staff
  • Preparing reports and presentations on business performance
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting with customer service and sales escalations
  • Collaborating with marketing and inside sales for lead generation activities
  • Assisting Sales Managers in dashboard creation and team performance analysis
  • Maintaining data accuracy
  • Providing analysis reports on team performance
  • Participating in continuous improvement of team, processes, and procedures
  • Ensuring regular communication to keep the team informed

About you

We are seeking a proactive individual eager to enhance their organizational and administrative skills in a sales environment. You should be a confident communicator capable of delivering empathetic resolutions even under pressure. Perhaps you have prior experience in administration or sales roles and are looking to grow in your career. Strong communication skills, especially with salespeople locally and internationally, are highly valued.
